3D Design of the Air-Electrode Interface Reaction Field
プロトン伝導固体酸化物燃料電池の高性能化に向けた空気極界面反応場の三次元設計と反応機構の解明
Conventional metal-supported solid-oxide fuel cell (MS-SOFC) research has remained at the single-cell stage, leaving the stack-level — multi-cell, multi-layer — challenges of mechanical and electrochemical integration largely open. This project builds on the applicant's master-level work on co-sintered MS-SOFC fabrication and extends it to the cell-stack level: stack-architecture design, structural evaluation under operational thermal and redox cycling, and reliability assessment under wet-oxidizing and reducing atmospheres. The work targets compact, durable distributed-power and portable-power applications and provides the manufacturing-process knowledge required for industrial implementation of next-generation SOFC technology.
