From an interdisciplinary perspective, this study utilises multivariate data — including remote sensing imagery, street view images, vector data, and house prices — to identify the impact mechanisms of the built environment on public health outcomes (physical, mental, and social health). Machine-learning statistical models including Geographically Weighted Regression, Random Forest, and Latent Growth Curve Modelling are applied at three different scales: city, block, and community. The multi-scale analysis provides quantitative guidance for health-promoting urban planning and design.
